Our broker, owner, and agents were discussing the market for some time. We really believe that there is pent up demand - people who want to purchase real estate and are caught up in the "is it right time" dilemma. We all believe that there is no doubt it's the right time. We will know where the bottom of the market is as we begin to climb out of it and we are looking back at it - it has passed.
The question is what't that right thing to do? Whether you are purchasing real estate as an investment, your primary residence, or a second home if you are contemplating as "long-term view" then the answer is find what you like, fits your budget, and buy it. It will do fine over time.
